The only problem that I had was the store was out of a Sterling Oak 72" Multiapurp molding that I need right off so my contractor can start the job of installing early next week.

I always have the best experience from start to finish. Clean and neat! Products are very organized making it easy to find anything. Employees are knowledgeable and are always available to help. I recommend this store to all my family and friends.

BEST GARDEN SHOP IN THE AREA.

Another wonderful experience at this store! It is my absolute favorite store. I travel now from Brooksville to shop here. Top notch employees. They matched prices from other big box stores and I got a new refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer because of that. This store wants and APPRECIATES MY BUSINESS! Thank you to the entire staff!

This store is clean and easy to find products I am looking for.

We were delighted with our experience today. The associate in the yard tools and Chainsaws was very helpful and kind. We needed help deciding which name brand we would purchase on the chain saw. We asked him questions about the three and he without hesitation asked our questions. Then we decided to purchase an attachment for our Ryobi. Needing gloves walked over to the garden department and when the doors opened a young man greeted us and said: “hello may I help you find something?” I responded, “no thank, your the gloves are right here.” Carts full and we are ready for the register. Everything is neat, and the floors are clean. Reaching the register waiting our turn in line and Barbara Called us over to her register stating she could help us. Asked if we found everything? We had such a great shopping experience starting with our first arrival and ending at the register. We experienced such a wonderful group of associates. Thank you!!!!

Have a lot of good products but the service is not so good.

I enjoyed my visit to this store

All the employees we asked directed us to the right aisles to find the materials we needed, thus keeping our time there at a minimum. Our check-out lady, Myrlande was very efficient and pleasant. Just love going somewhere and having people be so pleasant and friendly.

The store employees are very nice and the store is always clean.

I've used this store for over 6 yrs. and I must say I've always found the employees to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean, neat and pet friendly, too. My little dog seems to enjoy going and riding the cart. Most everything I go there to buy is available. Occasionally they don't have what I want, but that's the exception, not the rule.

I like this store. Staff is friendly and quite helpful. But, I do wish there were a few more in the aisles of the various departments. Very few times I don't find what I need. Cleanliness not what I am looking for but, yeah, very clean considering the amount of people in and out and the amount/types of products. I do however enjoy shopping there. I'm never in a hurry to leave. Thanks, Home Depot.

I've got really good service at this location unlike other home improvement stores in the Zephyrhills area.

Great experience at Home Depot today. I ordered the wrong flooring, but Gaynel, Amanda and Kyle made my error seem like no big deal,. They were all so helpful and friendly. Kyle loaded the flooring and then unloaded it within a few minutes when we realized it was wrong. Kyle acted happy to see us back. We will continue to have Home Depot be our home improvement store!!!

We have visited this particular Home Depot each time we have returned to our Florida home -- three years now. We have always found the employees to be helpful, courteous and friendly. Seldom have we been looking for an item that we were unable to get knowledgeable and rapid response from one of the staff.

Of all the Home Depots in the area, this one is the very best! Every employee gives a smile, from the greeter at the entrance to the cashier at the end. They put me, the customer, first every time. If I am having a bad day, I drive up to this store just to browse. It is so clean, and they have everything! I am retired and someday I just may apply to be a greeter. We just bought a washer and dryer there a month ago. The employee found us the right set for us and it was on clearance! We told her what we were looking for and she showed us the upgrade with the clearance. I could not ask for better service! Thank you to each and every one of you!

Store is always very clean and always someone willing to help and very proffessional. The only drawback I have ever encountered is finding someone in the Garden Dept. to help but every other dept. is excellent!
