I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME I GO IN THE STORE, THE ASSOCIATES AND CASHIERS ARE ALWAYS HAPPY AND VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

Bit frustrating when you can see the items up above but can't get to them and no one around to run a forklift. Stocking the shelves & bins should be a priority.

The Colonel in hardware was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Store was clean, staff friendly. The restroom was also very clean.

This store should be a model for other branches of this company. In my visit, I was amazed that all staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and patient. The areas of the store was clean and organized. All employees greeted you with a smile and offer to help. Kinesha from the paint department went above and beyond to assist us with our needs and requirement. When I stopped by customer service station to commend Ms Kinesha. I could help notice how excellent Ms. Amanda from customer service was executing her duties. She was smiling, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. These two associates that I engaged with, demonstrated the values and skills that the home depot brand promotes.

Zephyrhills Home Depot is the nicest, cleanest, most well organized Home Depot I've ever been in, and I've been in many. Very helpful staff, and my cashier (Shelley), was especially helpful.

if you want to check the service of your stores, why do you send surveyors through a rip off survey to get to yours. I've seen that every time i've ever answered one of these.

The store is clean and I can usually find what I need.

The store is close to my home and work, so I go there quite often. The music that is playing is very annoying.It should be calm and relaxing. I always feel like I have to hurry and get what I want and get out. The guy that works outside is a real hustler. H is always bringing in carts and helping customers.

I couldnt find small drawbar compression speings for a door.

I know we all have good and bad experiences with retail stores, but I've never had one here. The staff have always been very helpful and courteous, and their Customer Service reps ( especially Cole) have been beyond excellent. I quit going to a different chain even though it was closer due to their bad service, and highly recommend the Home Depot in Zephyrhills. The store is clean, stocked, and easy to navigate, but to me the customer service it the reason I go there specifically.

Walking into this Home Depot is always great - I'm always greeted by an employee with a great smile and "Welcome to Home Depot" - Lowes NEVER has this. It makes you feel they appreciate your business. There is always someone around to assist you when you can't find something or have a question.

On three different occasions we, my wife and I, went to the Zephyrhills Home Depot and need some help with selecting item for my projects. On each occasion with 3 different employees, the employees were courteous and answered all of questions. We asked for suggestions and they directed us to the proper product. I can say that Home Depot encourages customer satisfaction that we had with the three different employees. Good Job.

The visit was entirely stressful. When asking to get a piece of molding cut, I was promptly told to go cut it myself. Then when trying to get a big sheet of plywood cut, another employee working in the wood department said it was too heavy to carry. So we ended up not getting the board cut, and buy boards to cut down ourselves at home. What's the point of home Depot having employees to cut boards when they won't cut them???? Worst visit ever.

You find anything you need and if you do there will be only register open and 20 people in line

This store is always clean, easy to navigate, and adequately stocked. Employees can be hard to find when you need assistance, but once you track one down they are eager to help. Check out is always efficient and friendly. I love my home-town Home Depot.
