Tile Quality Glue will Void Warranty Customer Service terrible
I installed these tiles a year ago using Loctite Powergrab, the glue ate through the Styrofoam, voiding the warranty. Home Depot stands behind its products even when the manufactures will find any loophole they can to void the warranty and not replace the tiles. I found Decorative Tiles (the manufacturer) unprofessional and literally some guy (julio) that works from a cell phone in a basement some where. Not a great company to work with when warranty issues happen.

Perfect for Our Project
I got these for my laundry room remodel. I rolled them with white primer before spraying them with chalkboard white and gold to give them a old, used, distressed look. (as they are styrofoam, they must be primed before spraying, the aerosol will burn though). Once installed you would never guess these were styrofoam. Couldn't be happier with the price or the results. I’v been asked it they were pulled from and old building. Super easy to install over the existing popcorn ceiling using liquid nails. It did take a few tries to find the right amount of adhesive and what pattern to make it stick. Too much liquid nails gives too much weight. We plan to finish the edges with crown molding.

SO SIMPLE!!!!
These tiles are beautiful and they were so easy to install. Took about 3 hours to do my dining room. I intend on buying more for my formal living room. Worked great to cover up old popcorn ceilings. I have had so many people ask me about them!!

So Super Easy to Install!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My house is almost 84 years old and I can assure you, settling has happened over the decades. All of the downstairs or main level ceiling have cracks in them. One option to fix that is to pay someone to rip the ceilings out and replace them. The expense of that it out of reach. I put mock tin tiles in the living room but they were expensive, bulky and hard to work with. I knew there has to be a better solution.
Enter the Elliptic Illusion 1.6 ft. x 1.6 ft. Foam Glue-up Ceiling Tile in Plain White. The tiles are lightweight, easy to handle and the size is perfect!Simply add some adhesive to the back and stick onto the ceiling. That's it, done.
Working from the center of the room, the ceiling in my bedroom was done in no time at all. Around the edging, the tile is easy to cut to fit being made from foam. As an added plus, it printable! In the Spring I plan on doing just that too.

Easy Installation
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really impressed with how easy these tiles go up. The instructions said that we might have to secure them somehow but that was not the case. We applied the glue and started sticking them up. It went pretty fast. I was floored. I was wondering g if I was going to have to use something for tiles to stay but they stuck great to our textured ceiling. It gives our livingroom a great new look. I have to order more we don't quite have enough but I am loving how beautiful and easy it was. Since we did have a fire this was a great way to make the house look awesome again. Thank you very much.

Nice ceiling tiles

Easy to install
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied with this product. The decorative ceiling tiles really make any room stand out. The tiles are made from styrofoam and are really lightweight and very easy to work with. Included with these tiles is the glue (a caulking gun is required) so the only thing you’ll need is a razor and chalk tape more measuring.The tiles go up quickly so this doesn’t take long at all. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the finished project and people are surprised to learn that it’s styrofoam because once it’s up, you can’t tell and actually looks like something that would cost you a fortune. These tiles most definitely stand out when you enter a room and the best part is that these can be painted. You’ll be surprised at the finished look and can definitely make any boring ceiling really stand out.
