  • Smooth wall pipe can be used for many applications including, onsite septic, retention walls, downspout runoff, sump pump outlets, foundation footers, and curtain drains
  • Smooth wall pipe is unaffected by extended exposure to the suns heat and ultraviolet radiation, it is immune to freeze/thaw conditions while the characteristics of HDPE allows it to be corrosion resistant to acids, alkalis, and salts, and will not rust
  • ADS smooth wall will accept standard PVC or styrene sewer and drain fittings
  • Spun welded bell end of ADS smooth wall has been designed for a tight fit to provide a soil tight connect, and eliminates the need for glue

Triplewall pipe has 3 layers, a smooth interior, corrugated middle, and smooth exterior. Smoothwall pipe is a co-extruded pipe. Each pipe meets the specifications F810. Acceptance of Smoothwall and Triplewall varies by geography.

The product did not come with holes in the pipe....
The product did not come with holes in the pipe. I specifically wanted perforated pipe and it did not come that way. therefore retruned.

Very sorry to say that the pipe was not like...
Very sorry to say that the pipe was not like it was advertised. No bell ends to connect pipe and no other 4 inch connectors would fit pipe. I had to return purchase. A big waste of time and put me way behind schedule.

You don't need the external snap coupler
These pipes are expanded at one end so that they fit one into the next. It isn't clear from the picture or specification so I bought the "4 in. Polyethylene Slip External Snap Coupler" unnecessarily.

Non-standard Use Worksed Perfectly
We used these pipes to force aerate our compost piles. They were cost effective and the pre-drilling saved us a lot of time. These were a true find for our use.
