No. You attach it to the cold water line that is going into your toilet. There is no hot water. But I've been using it with the cold water and it's really not that bad. You won't need the hot water.

It could but you will need addtional parts. I would recommend using plumbing parts other than what they include. This product ended up costing an additional $20.00 for an upgraded T valve/diverter. Product should not have cost over $30.00 max for the quality.

Yes. For "personal use" you would normally lower the pressure.
The biggest loop I was able to make with the hose is about 8 to 10 inches diameter and the house is about 2.5 to 3 feet long.
