Super easy to install and use. I have this upstairs in the 1/2 bath. We have a tushy attachment downstairs and it’s hard to clean around. This makes is simple and easy to clean.

          Needs extra setup/tools
The bidet connectors are all 3/8” but a typical home pipes are all 1/2” where u have good force of water. So the T-junction that comes in package doesn’t fit in as is. U need to buy 4 other pieces to get it to work. :( 1. One 1/2” T-junction (all 3 sides) 2. One 3/8” to 1/2” flexible conn 3. One 3/8” to 3/8” nipple 4. Teflon tape Connect the 1 above to ur 1/2” home pipe and connect the toilet pipe to one end. Connect the 2 above to the remaining end. Connect the nipple to the flex conn and then connect the bidet pipe to the other end of the nipple. Haa… am attaching two pics to give some clarity. Its working now but thats an extra $30 CAD. :/ Other than that some people may not like the push button on the bidet.

            Not recommending
Choosing this product is asking for a flooded bathroom. I absolutely do not recommend this particular model due to the design issues in the shutoff button. This thing belongs to a backyard on a garden hose when you don't have to worry about uncontrollable water pressure and chances of flood.

Good quality, easy to assemble. Works perfectly fine. But I felt that the turn on and off button is little inconvenient.

Leaks no matter how much you try to tighten it. Right below the nut you connect to the toilet
Water spill if the button sticks out even by ~1cm
This item was easy to install, the quality and value was also good. However, there is a design flaw where it seems like you’ve pushed all the way to close but it’s not actually closed/shut off. We’ve had an accident where water dripped all night and seeped through the ceiling downstairs because it wasn’t closed all the way and the button was out but 1 cm or so. Now we are paranoid about it so this will be returned before another accident can happen.
One Of The Best Improvements For Your Toilet
I purchased this one evening from the Home Depot. It took less than five minutes to install! The test will now be a month and year from now, but for the price and easy installation it is a thus far a good deal. Get it!

                    Poor design
Very poor design of spray gun , when turned on it remains in that position as long as it is turned off, if you turn to pick tissue or if the spray falls down , water will be sprayed all over the dry toilet .it happened couple of times with me. It should rather have spring button which comes back to it OFF position automatically. Cheaper better ones are available online which I got it for 40cad, notice the difference in photo below, this one keeps spraying in ON position
                      Best thing ever
Why didn’t I purchased this before? I bought it to try it and loved it. Now, there are bad reviews out there, remember not everyone has the same views, and yes some product come defective, but not mine. Definetly buying another one for the other bathroom. The best thing is the convinience and it was really easy to install, it took me 10 minutes. I’m still in shocked on how easy it was to install. You tube videos help a lot :)
