Excellent light duty utility screws. Easy start. Tip included!
The box is easy to open and isn’t too full. The screws are all clean and free from any slag or imperfections. A driver tip is included. The driver tip could have been a little longer. I had to use a tip holder to use it in my drill to drive the screws. The screws start easy and pull up tight. I used these screws to attach plywood to framing for shelves and a work bench top. I used the entire box and didn’t have any problems.

Secured my old deckboards
I used these Deck screws to secure the deck boards on an old deck. The original deckboards had been nailed in and over the years were beginning to pull out as the boards started to warp. These held the boards securely and allowed me to pull them back into their original position. I would definitely use these again on any deck in the future. They went in very easily.

ProTech Screw Review
Review for 2 in. #8 ProTech Tan Premium Star Drive Bugle-Head Deck Screws (100-Count). These are nice screws with a Torx T-20 flat head. A T-20 Torx bit is included. A few years ago, I made a dedicated "cart" for a piece of machinery that routinely had to be moved from its storage location to the back of the tractor where it is mounted. To date, the 2x6 stand was mounted to the dolly by gravity. These screws were perfect to make the mount permanent.

Nice packaging, included the driver bit, looks like nice quality.
Nice product and did exactly the job I needed it to do. First thing to notice is these are packaged in a nice plastic box with a snap on lid that looks like it could be stacked with other sizes. It also comes with a nice quality bit that fits the screws tightly, which is a handy touch. The screws are sharp and drive very easily and pull the boards together tightly. They also have a solid looking green coating on them that looks like it would be very weather resistant. I repaired an existing project with them where some of the boards had come loose and it cinched them together very nicely. I don't see anything not to like, these are exactly what I needed.

1-5/8 in. #8 ProTech Tan Premium Star Drive Bugle-Head Deck Screw...
I had to do some minor step repairs on our new backyard patio. Tressure treated wood was pretty old, but I plane on covering them with some Home Depot composite deck boards. More pics will be added when composite deck boards are applied to the step box I am repairing. The screws were easy to install especially with the "included" driver bit. The screws have a good edge on the threads, which bite right into the wood

A great performing deck screw with a no slip torx head!
Here is my quick review of Camo Brand Tan Premium Star Drive Review These are premium, well-made deck screws with a T20 head and the Torx bit is included. The screws are self-drilling so pre-drilling is not necessary. The torx socket is deeper than other deck screws I've used in the past and this feature made the fit superior. The screw stayed put on the torx bit and there was no wobble when driving the screw home. I had to install a new mailbox and built support bracing. The bracing wood I used was hard, knotty and in rough shape. The post was super dense, and pressure treated. These screws bit in quickly, easily drove in flush and held really well. The coating did not chip or rub off, which means they will not corrode anytime soon. I am super happy with these Camo Brand torx screws, and I absolutely recommend them to you.

Bugle-Head Deck Screws
I added an additional part on my backyard deck using these screws. I did not need to countersink the holes with these screws. These screws were excellent when used on treated wood. I did not need to use a countersink drill nor predrilled any holes to use these screws. I did not experience any splitting of the boards with these screws. I would highly recommend these and would use them again on my next project.

Strong screws for outdoor projects.
These Camo exterior screws can be used for decking or any exterior project. I used them to fasten together a wooden mini outdoor picnic table that I built for my little nieces. The screws were green and had a star-shaped drive head. The package had a small empty plastic baggie in it with the screws, which I assume held the star-shaped driver bit that come with the screws. The bit was in the box still, it likely just fell out of the baggie. I drilled pilot holes for everything to avoid splitting the wood and these screws drove in smooth and straight. No problems. I’ve seen Camo also make tan/yellow screws as well. I like how you can use these earthy colors to help hide your screws, or to add a bit of interest. I haven’t had them outdoors long enough to see how they hold up to the weather, but I don’t anticipate any issues. They seem well made. Next I plan to use these to make some outdoor planter boxes. Pros: straight, strong, outdoor colors Cons: some people might prefer a “standard” Phillips head, but these come with a star bit, so it’s not really a con at all.

Well Made easy to use
I got the #7 1-1/4” deck screw in green. They come in other sizes and in tan color. I needed the shorter screws for adding trim pieces thinner boards to an existing deck structure. I like the T-20 star bit better than a Phillips or hex head.the included T-20 bit was nice and worked well. It’s not indicated if it’s impact rated but can be used in a regular drill chuck or any 1/4” hex driver. I liked the plastic box as it’s handy to bring to the job site and storing unused screws. I also liked the self-drilling tip which worked well.

Strong outdoor screws
These screws performed well when building my new fence. They start into the wood easily and really grip well. They made the job go faster because of these two factors. The star driver also helps when driving them into hardercwood. You won't have stripping issues like often happens with Phillips screws. I have a solid fence because i used these screws instead of nails.
