can you use the small oven for air fry
Yes, the No-Preheat Air Fry can be used in both ovens.
Is the glass top scratch resistant?
This range has a ceramic glass smooth top surface which is not scratch proof. It can get light scratches from rough cookware or sliding heavy pans, so it’s best to lift pots and use flat smooth bottoms to protect the glass.
How large is the bottom oven? Can you cook a 20lb turkey in it?
The total capacity of this unit is 6.7 cubic feet, with 2.4 cubic feet in the upper and 4.3 in the lower. The lower oven will hold a turkey of about 20 pounds. We don't recommend using the smaller capacity upper oven to cook whole turkeys/chickens or hams.
Are the racks in both ovens easy glide?
This model comes with 2 Self-Clean Heavy-Duty Oven Racks for the lower oven and 1 easy glide Roller Rack for the bottom oven.
Can this range be hooked to 3 wire format ?
Yes! This range can use a three wire or four wire format.
Does the cafe range come in induction version
The CES750P4MW2 does not come in a version that has an induction cooktop.
