What gauge stainless steel is used? I want to deal with all of the scratches on the top and then put on a coating to prevent further damage.

Does this model have a gas flame broil element or an electric broil element?

is this oven gas? does it just require a 120 plug for ignition?
This unit is a gas oven but will also require a 120 Volt 60 hertz properly grounded dedicated circuit protected 15 amp or 20-amp circuit breaker or time delay fuse. Electricity is required to power the convection fan. When using this gas range, both cooktop and oven will require an electric connection, however, will operate on gas for cooking method. When does the convection element get used? I ran all modes and it doesn't ever seem to heat with the convection element, only bake or broil.
Air movement from the convection fan will be used with the Convection Bake Multi Rack and Convection Roast cooking modes.
