A: Hi! The Sabbath mode includes the disabling of tones, disabling of oven lights, and delays of about 30 seconds to one minute on display changes. Only continuous baking or timed baking is allowed in the Sabbath mode. To exit Sabbath mode, press cancel/off to end any bake modes that may be running, and then press and hold Settings pad until Sabbath Mode off displays. Take care! -Gina@Café

A Dream Oven

My oven works like a dream. I was hesitant to go with gas, but after using it for 9 months now, I have to say I love it. Note that the stove top and lower oven both operate with gas, but the upper oven is electric. The stove top cleans easily from spills with a simple wipe, and the stove top griddle is possibly my favorite part of this appliance. I've cooked everything from pancakes to steaks to salmon and more on it! One function I have yet to figure out but consider a bonus anyway is the air fryer function in the lower oven. You have to download an app to use it, and my first try with breaded pork chops didn't turn out with the crispy crust I was expecting. I'm new to air frying, so hopefully with a few more tries, I'll get the hang of it. Definitely satisfied with my selection on this stove.
