A:  Great question! Steam Clean is a less intense, quicker cleaning cycle for your range. Self Clean runs for hours at a very high temp to burn up any baked on messes. Steam Clean, after you pour a small amount of water onto the floor of the oven, will heat up enough to turn that water to steam. That steam loosens the soils in the oven so you can more easily clean it. This gas range (#CGY366P4TW2) also comes with the standard Brushed Bronze hardware (#CXPR6HKPTBZ). You would need to add the range's Brushed Brass hardware separately (#CXPR6HKPTCG) to your order.
