Product Overview
PVC Sch. 40 fitting that is for pressure systems where temperatures will not exceed 140F. They are highly resilient, with high-tensile and high-impact strength. PVC Sch. 40 has better sound deadening qualities than PVC Sch. 40 DWV Foam Core and ABS Foam Core. Installation requires the use of primer and solvent cement.
- Pro pack includes 10 PVC fittings in a resealable jar
- Conforms to meet standards: ASTM D 1784, ASTM D 2466, NSF 14 and 61
- White fittings that are used in potable water applications only
- Intended for pressure use
- For use where systems will not exceed 140F

These worked very well for my DIY baby gate project. They connected very easily with no issues and were all consistent in size. They have been holding up for almost a year now with no issues. I did not even use PVC glue so that I could easily disassemble this project and turn it into a DIY soccer goal net when my kid outgrows the need for a baby gate. This product met my expectations. Cuts PVC quickly and cleanly. Much faster and no powdery plastic mess as with a hack saw or automated saw. Only down fall was could not get an exact perpendicular cut, but certainly close enough to do good work.
