I understand that you are looking for replacements batteries for your DeWalt 12-Volt MAX Lithium-Ion battery. I reviewed Homedepot.com and it appears they no longer carry the batteries. I did look on line and found the batteries on DeWalt. I also found them from several other internet shops. I hope this will help you out.
I purchased two and both were in new original condition.
Mine was new. Use everyday at work. Would purchase again
This item is brand new.
It's new.
The picture is demonstrating how the drill/driver can be used. Since your question is more technical you may wish to call: Homedepot.com Customer Care: 1-800-430-3376.
In the picture, there is only one cable entering the switch box. This might indicate that the hot wire is at the fixture. Then a "Switch Leg" is run from the fixture to the switch. The black is tied together with hot wire at the fixture and the white wire is used to return the power to the fixture from the switch, and connected to the black wire on the fixture. The neutrals are connected in the fixture box. Typically, the white wire from the switch to the fixture is wrapped with a piece of black electrical tape as an indicator to future electricians that it is a "Switch Leg". This is not always universal and is not required by code, just good practice.
This model does not come with any additional accessories then what is shown.
No.
No, drill bits aren't included.
Using a higher powered battery would burn this device out.
No, a 14.4 volt battery will not work on DeWalt 12 volt drill.
There is no chuck used on this model. All you do is tighten or loosen until the drill bit is tighten or released.
This model is not an impact driver which would operate similar to a hammer. If I understood your question. Per the use manual "Use sharp drill bits only. For WOOD, use twist drill bits, spade bits, or hole saws. For METAL, use high-speed steel (HSS) twist drill bits or hole saws."
This will include drill/driver, 2 lithium-ion battery packs, a charger, belt clip and case.
Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot, Nate. We don't carry a tool case specifically for this drill/driver kit. However we do carry a number of DeWalt hard tool cases you can view here: http://www.homedepot.com/s/dewalt+tool+box?NCNI-5 We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future. Thank you for shopping Home Depot.
I would suggest contacting DeWalt about hard cases.
