I believe so. I use it for solar heat for my pool. I ran all 500 ft of it up onto my rubber roof and the pool pump pressurizes it when it is on and I've had no leaks going on 4 summers.

Search DIG brand there is a faucet connection along with a back flow preventer to use. When searching the brand you’ll find the DIG kit and all of the basic parts are there. They are all sold separate at the store you don’t have to buy the kit if you already have all the other parts.

No. Fittings are sold separately and the vary greatly - from manufacturer to method to material. Choose wisely.
Our B35 is solid poly drip tubing and has no pressure compensating emitters. We do however make ½” polyethylene dripline with 1gph pressure compensating emitters spaced 12” or 18” . The ½” dripline with 12 inch emitter spacing is model B12100 and the 18 inch dripper spacing is model B18100. No it will not. Because it is flexible it will probably survive if a car drives over it slowly once or twice but not on a regular basis
