Q:What is the exact size of the four machine screws used to secure the front panel. The electrician who installed my unit lost 1 screw. Ugh!

    A:  As an electrician, I always carry around extra panel cover screws. And they are readily available at the suppliers. I would have the electrician swing back by with the screw if he indeed lost it. That's on him. But I understand if that's more hassle than you want to deal with. The panel can does not have threaded holes. The screws "thread" themsleves upon initial installation. So most any screw of similar size/shape will work. But here is a link to the correct ones. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Square-D-QO-Homeline-Load-Center-Cover-Replacement-Screws-6-Pack-S106-S106/100123734 Square D, Siemens, Eaton, all take the same screws.

          A:  Hello George. This loadcenter can be used as a sub-panel. If you leave the neutral bar isolated for a sub-panel, you can buy a ground bar that will be separate from the neutral bar.
