Easy to use and understand this product, because the breaker itself always tell you as an electrician what's wrong with it tripintron and off. One way is the melting electrical grease on the switch itself.

Nice Product!
Purchased a similar type at the local Home Depot while waiting for the one I ordered online(was anxious to complete project) worked great with easy installation in breaker box. Please make sure your main is off and have a little knowledge of how to connect same,not a place for poke and hope!

Poor support
Poor product support. Unable to find torque requirements for this breaker on Eaton's website. TRC emails are unanswered. Unable to find their phone support hours. When I do call, they are closed. Chat support was unavailable when it said it should be available. Quality control on product is shoddy.

Sorry you had that bad experience. Our customer courtesy team can be reached at 877-386-273 Opt. 2 Opt. 3 Opt. 1. They are available to assist you between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm Est. Monday- Thursday and between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm Est. on Fridays. The torque requirements are listed on the side of the breaker. If you are using #14 - #10 AWG, the torque is 20 LB. IN.
