65-Watt Equivalent Smart BR30 Color Changing CEC LED Light Bulb with Voice Control (1-Bulb) Powered by Hubspace

This is our second one of these EcoSmart lights and I like even them more. This is an indoor bulb, looks like an outdoor, but it is not. I am using it on our back screened in porch, so it's under cover and in a fixture. I like how it directs the light down so it's not as obtrusive. Installation is so easy using the QR code. This is how all HubSpace devices are installed. Just open the HubSpace app, click the + mark and follow the steps starting with scanning the QR code. With the app you can control just about everything. There are several presets to play with. Each preset has options. Fun to play with. We always have a Halloween party and a Christmas party. So, love using the colors available through the app. We also have it connected to our Smart Home for voice control. We use Google Home to coordinate all our smart devices. HubSpace was easy to add, and since this is our 2nd device it automatically was added. No thought needed. Really cool options.

The ECOSMART Wi-Fi and Bluetooth BR30 - 3 ¾-inch diameter - (30 x 1/8” = 3 ¾) Floodlight is a 65-watt Smart Bulb and uses only 7.8 watts of energy. Color and brightness can be controlled by any mobile device. Setup of the HUBSPACE Software on that mobile device is fairly straightforward and easy – especially if you have set up software like this before. The QR code on the side of the bulb is very handy in case you lose the enclosed card with the device’s serial number. Integration with Amazon’s ALEXA is fairly easy also.

I was very excited to get the EcoSmart 65-Watt Equivalent Wi-Fi and Bluetooth BR30 SMART Hubspace LED Light Bulb, Tunable White and Color Changing. Unfortunately, the bulb is too wide to fit in the lamps I have but I was able to take the shade and parts off to try it out. After downloading the app, I was super impressed with all it can do. It has a wide range of normal lighting that's both yellow and white and fully adjustable. It also has cool colors and it comes with a bunch of presets like rainbow where it changes colors.

I love testing new versions of interior and exterior lighting. This color changing light bulb is simple to install, setup and fun to use. You simply screw it in like any other bulb, download the app to a smart device that is connected to the same wi-fi, add the bulb to the app by scanning a QR code and turn on the light. From there you can play with the full spectrum of light or just have varying colors of just white light. Well worth the effort to install and setup. I would recommend this bulb.

This is the best hub less rgb light I've used. The set up was super simple just download the app and connect to your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Every bulb has a bar code take a photo and select what you want to name your light. The white light is adjustable in color temp to get you your perfect color. Now the fun stuff the RGB colors, holly cow they are bright saturated and the options are endless and super fun. The br30 bulbs work great for can lights or the options are up to you. Eco smart lights have been making some great lights and this RGB bulb just adds to the many great options they have to offer.

Over the past few years, I have changed all the bulbs at my home to LED. But the challenge was to get same light color and brightness to match the rest of the lights at home. Since this bulb comes with a hub to change light color, it takes out the hassle of picking color. With 650 lumens, this is the super bright bulb I have ever seen. Also this bulb is same size of normal BR30, it feels little heavier.

It is bright with 650 lumens, it is suitable for damp locations (do not use where directly exposed to water) & will last approx. 22.8 years based on 3 hrs./day and you can select from multiple shades of white or a full spectrum of colors via the HUBSPACE app. You can also link it to Alexa or Hey google. The consumer friendly HUBSPACE app has a very quick response time (see my video) with many features that are easy to find & use. I have used & tested this bulb and I am extremely happy with the line of EcoSmart SMART BULB collection an easy 5 stars and recommended.

Easy to use LED BR30 color changing bulb from EcoSmart. This bulb is equivalent to a 65 watt incandescent light and only uses 8 watts. The bulb is dimmable and has millions of color combinations to choose from. The output is 650 lumens. Easy to use. Just download the Hubspace app at your app store and follow the easy directions for setup. Can also be set up for soft white and daylight when colors aren’t needed. Compatible with Alexa and Hey Google.

I have quite a few of these light bulbs in my house. I like them because if you’re out at night and you forgot to turn on your light before you left, you can turn the light on from anywhere. The light gives you the options of either having it shine white or a full color spectrum. This will work with Alexa or Google. I have mine set up with Alexa. Since it’s an LED bulb the energy cost is far less that regular incandescent bulb. You can set it up to come on at a scheduled time or by using your voice through Alexa or Google.

I've tried six different Smart Bulbs systems and their associated apps. We currently run an older Smart Lighting system that relies on a hub. It's a reliable, stable setup that is kind of basic in function and very expensive. So, that's why we keep trying WiFi based bulbs that are much more reasonably priced, but none of the WiFi bulbs worked well for us until we tried this ecosmart bulb and HUBSPACE app. For us, the ecosmart system has been very stable, reliable and problem free. It's the easiest to setup and pair to the app, and it also offers tons of functionality at a reasonable price. This ecosmart LED Smart Bulb produces 650 lumens in white light as well as color temperature adjustment and the ability to switch over to full color. My only concern with this bulb is that it can't be used in totally enclosed fixtures and the box mentions not to use in recessed fixtures. The instructions do not mention recessed fixtures so I'm not absolutely sure why there is a limitation. I did run the bulb for several days at all kinds of settings. My bulb never got hot so at least with this bulb, heat didn't seem to be the problem. My best guess is that WiFi coverage may not be guaranteed inside of a recessed can. I did try the bulb in a fixture with good WiFi, and it worked perfectly, but I recommend checking with the manufacture before using one in a recessed light. Other than that, I really like this ecosmart bulb. I plan on running a few long term to see if there are any quirks, but so far they seem great.
