Excellent washing machine
This high tech appliance is very user friendly. The options are easily selectable on the front panel and we love the choice for a 15 min fast wash. The allergen and delayed start options are also very unique. The height is awesome, no more bending down.

So far, love my new washer and dryer!
Love, the fact that the doors are reversible as in our house. The washing machine is on the right instead of the left. It does an excellent job of cleaning clothes not only come out smelling clean, but they smell like you had just bought them new from the store. Clothes get dry like they should. There’s even a little compartment for Lint in the dryer instead of some board that you have to scrape off. And one more feature, I didn’t even know existed or that I even needed. The washing machine has a light in it, which is pretty cool.

Horrible product and Service
Simply horrible . Do not buy if you’re looking for a reliable product or Customer service . Socks getting stuck is the norm . 2 weeks ago the washer started leaking. Electrolux sent a technician out . After 4 days they have to order parts . Needs drum replacement . Have been making daily phone calls to customer service somewhere in the world and getting nowhere . The folks at the home depot are helpful but nothing they can do about it . Again don’t be fooled by the brand name

Sleek, Powerful, Beautiful
We love our new laundry pair. I've had the cheap boxy white appliances all my life so when I wanted to upgrade, I review shopped and waited for a good sale. No matter where I looked to buy, Electrolux was the one with the best reviews. So that's what we bought! They are incredibly fast, but quieter than I thought possible. Love l!
I’ve always used top load washing machines, so this Electrolux front load set was my first front loader machines. We had some issues with a busted machine delivered at first but once we got that replaced everything was great. Love how easy they are to use and how quiet they are. My mom has front loaders from another brand and they are so loud. These are way quieter than hers. The wash and dry cycles seem normal to me. Another comparison. Normal dry time on my mom’s set from another company, is like 2 hours! And her set have smaller capacities! All in all, happy with mine. My sister was over recently and her daughter needed her clothes cleaned. The 15 min wash cycle came in clutch and actually cleaned just as well as the normal cycle would’ve.

Better than expected
First time owner of a front load and the Electrolux brand. I will say I was nervous about purchasing a new set of washer and dryer. Boy was I happy once they arrived, the washer is amazing! Great, Versatile Washer
I love my new Electrolux washing machine. It has an incredible amount of settings so you can wash just about anything in any way that you would want. The machine is quiet and everything has come out very clean.

I have a Good Feeling with Electrolux
We owned a front load Kenmore HE 4t washer and dryer for over 20 years. The motherboard started acting up on its 22nd year and we foolishly purchased a fancy Samsung top loader that barely made it 6 years. After reading reviews online, we focused on the Maytag, BUT after reading more reviews, and seeing that the Electrolux set was on sale at the right time—kismet!—I made the executive decision and splurged—like I did with the Kenmore. I had a good feeling. The front loaders today have more wash options and gadgets and buttons (folks, I just want to wash my clothes). Though, I like that this beautiful model is straightforward and all the buttons are labeled, intelligibly. It helps this senior citizen. So far, after two weeks, I’m lovin’ it! Ask me again in 10, 20 years. Hopefully, I’ll still be around ;). I’ll always be asking myself with each wash, will the Electrolux last me 20 years? I have a good feeling it will.

Great washer but terrible delivery and install!!
Great washer, terrible delivery!!!!!
The washer ha performed well after I finally received it and had to ultimately install it myself. It took 3 attempts before it was actually delivered, and even then they just left it in the middle of my floor because it was "too hard" for them to install, yet my retired father-in-law and I had it up and running in 30 mins after they left. the 1st delivery attempt they refused to disconnect my existing washer & dryer but broke the door on my working washer while moving it. The 2nd attempt they took my old units out but then noticed that the new washer was damaged. The 3rd attempt they got them in house, plugged in the power, but not the gas, water, vent, or drain...
