Product Details

Endura Flap Pet Doors for Walls are manufactured in the USA to be flexible, safe, and energy efficient in all climates. Translucent, dual-pane flaps seals tightly against the outside weather using a patented system of magnets. This pet door has two, dual-layered flaps (on outside frame and inside frame) for superior energy efficiency. Due to the strong magnetic seal, it may not be suitable for timid dogs (a single flap option is avialable). When closed, the flaps significantly reduce air conditioning and heat loss and withstand winds up to 50 mph. Each unit permanently installs into your wall, up to eight (8) inches thick and includes a locking security panel. Comes with: Interior and exterior frame, aluminum wall tunnel, security panel, mounting hardware and installation instructions. Available in three colors: White, Black and Tan. 15-year warranty!
  • 2 energy-efficient, dual-layered, magnetically sealed flaps shuts tightly against the weather
  • Inner and outer frames have a dual layered flap and aluminum tunnel
  • Flaps will not harden in cold temperatures and are UV resistant to not yellow in the sun
  • Made with environmentally friendly materials

    Great Doggie Door
Great quality… double flaps are great. Both my dogs can easily use it but my cat can’t get out, magnets are strong.

Was a pain to install, but once I finally got it, it works out great. If I would have had a dealer in the area, I would have hire them to install it. Well built, solid and sturdy. I hated to spend almost $700, but with the reviews and comparisons, I didn't want to have to upgrade later. Is it worth $700, no, but like they say "You get what you pay for".

I've been so stressed about this! I mean cutting a hole in your home's wall!? What about security or bugs? Then I found the installation video on their website (https://www.enduraflap.com/walls-video) and felt a ton better. Of course, I didn't have the same home tool set up that the lady in the video had, but I got it together. First, I had an electrician come out and make sure there were no power lines where I wanted to cut, then I checked for the studs and made sure I had room between them. Once done, I watched the video over and over. Cutting was so stressful! But once done, I cut the metal to fit, put it together and screwed it on. I had my dog come through the door before I installed it to get a treat. I did this over the course of a couple weeks getting her used to coming through. It's not an easy push through and confused her at first. But after I got her used to going through it was a lot easy to train her than putting up the door on the wall and hoping she gets it. There is a sliding cover, which is nice but I still put a cam with motion sensor facing it. I also put bug pebbles and spray around the outside of it as well to keep the bugs out. My home is on a slab so I had to build a step. And I don't have a fence so I bought some metal adjustable fencing (she is old and won't jump over it) to give her some room to go when she needs to. My beagle is 13 and doesn't go in the house - even for hours at a time. But as she continues to age I'm worried about it. So this is making a huge difference. In the end, it wasn't easy to install for me (not a pro!) but is really cool once done. I was definitely glad to have friends who did construction give me tips before I started and checking it out after. I recommend that to you as well. Maybe to have the whole thing done by someone.

We have been looking at the Endura dog door for about a year now. The wall version was the best choice - but because we are on a cement slab and the way the house is set up we knew we would have to modify a few things. We watched the installation how-to video: https://www.enduraflap.com/walls-video And HIGHLY recommend you do the same. It really helps you to understand ahead of time what you will need and how to do it. We decided to install the door in the wall of our front office so our dog would be on the side of the house where he prefers to do his business. This required us building steps for him to reach the door since it would not be at ground level. The actual installation took us a few hours, but went seemlessly. Training our Border Collie took a few days - but the magnet strength is adjustable, which helped quite a lot until he got the hang of how to use it. Now, he just shoots in and out as though it's no big deal. After it was installed - and we got our dog trained on how to use it - it has worked flawlessly! We had to be out of town all day yesterday and it was awesome not having to ask our neighbor to come over to let the dog out while we were away. Bonus, at night slide down the locking cover for peace of mind.
