what screw do I need for this
Hello - We recommend 1-1/2" screws for the wall mounting and 5/8" screws for the shelf board to bracket.

I have a 10 inch shelf and I need a 12 in depth bracket to match the existing ones. What measurement from the wall to the end of the rod support?
What?? A 10 in. x 3/4 bracket extends 11.75 inches off the wall? That makes no sense.
Robby - the depth is measured from the what would be the wall to the end of the support.
What type / size of screw is suppose to go in the hole on the j hook to secure the rod to the hook?
No screw is required on the J hook. If you want one you would need to drill a hole or use a small self-drilling screw.
I like sheet rock screws they seem to work better then wood screws for wood.
What is the J hook drop from the top of the bracket (where the shelf sits) to the bottom of the J rod bracket?
about 3 inches depth
If you have several properly placed you can put a rod on it for hanging clothes etc...
