Round and Round and Round she goes...
Right out of the package these are a bit stiff and noisy. For crying out loud do not let it bend at all! These are made of super thin metal and can take zero impact prior to installation. I found that the heavier weight these are mounted under makes them spins better and that some spray on graphite applied to the berings will quiet them down considerably. The smaller 4 inch version is a nice tight purchase if you can catch the store with them in stock.

It helps my laziness
I currently have mine attached to an outdoor mail/package Elephant Trunk drop box. I can spin the box around on my front deck and not have to walk off the deck to retrieve my mail.
