Wonderful Induction Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time owning an induction cooktop and so far I am impressed. One cool feature of this particular range is that the cooktop can detect whether an induction capable pot/pan is placed on any of the burner areas. Coming from a conventional electric range, this makes it very easy to ensure you are using the proper cookware. The controls are very easy to read and make it simple to adjust the heat level. The air fry is definitely a game changer for getting extra cripsy tater tots, fries, and basically anything breaded (chicken, fish, etc.). I'm looking forward to testing out the steam roast this Thanksgiving.

Energy, efficient cooking upgrade.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had originally purchased a radiant, but when I got it home, I realize that the control panel did not light up. It was just a printed glass that was touched sensitive to control it. I returned it the next day and I ordered this range and boy am I glad that I did it saves on Energy. It doesn’t heat the kitchen up cooking as faster you actually are able to Digitally assign the heat level so you become a better cook it boils water and two minutes maybe 2 1/2 minutes you take the pan off and a few minutes later it’s it’s cool to touch it just makes sense to have such an energy efficient range

Awesome Induction Range!

Our patience in waiting and getting what we wanted paid off. We were not happy with our GE free-standing electric range, and when our over-the-range microwave needed to be replaced, we began the process of finding the right replacement appliances. The size was critical! In fact, size dictated the choice. Frigidaire met all our size requirements and provided exactly what we wanted in cooking options. Induction is the way to go! I love cooking now and our new Ninja Induction Cookware is a breeze for cleaning up. When you want the best - go Frigidaire! and go Induction!

This range met our needs perfectly. It is our fifth induction range/hob we've bought over the years and possibly the best. The controls work well and being 'hidden' under the ceramic top can be cleaned very easily. The over works well except the pre-programmed 'proof' setting is to high to work for baking bread and does not appear to be adjustable. We have found that despite induction cooking to be the best technology, easy and quick to set and adjust, quick to heat our 50 year old Renaware triple steel pots and pans, if you need service you may have a problem. When we needed service with our previous range, still under warranty, we found no service people here in coastal Oregon understand how induction actually works. But Frigidaire telephone support came through, despite the appearance that they only have one phone number and almost totally depend on 'robophones'. We have a completely Frigidaire Gallery kitchen set, all bought one at a time through Home Depot who have delivered them all promptly and without damage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range and let me tell you, it’s really nice! My wife is an amazing cook and does most of the cooking, I won’t lie. But since we’ve gotten this range, I’ve been so interested in cooking that I’ve probably cooked more in the last 2-3 weeks than I ever have. It boils water in like 1 minute. Eggs over medium has gotten a lot easier. It also looks amazing, it has a clean look with bright lights and the touch screen is growing on me. I would recommend investing in this appliance.
