Doors were delivered to my home with no damage. We installed ourselves with little trouble. However I am disappointed in a few things and happy with a few things. My 1st disappointment is with the overall feel of the doors. It's very light, does not do a good job of keeping noise out. My old doors were half solid wood and half single pane small square windows from 50yrs ago. I almost feel that door sealed noise out better. Maybe this is something I should have expected knowing it's a fiberglass door, I just thought not having that single pane glass it would be better sound proofing. 2nd disappointment is the locking mechanism for the inactive door. The weather stripping around the top and bottom does locks do not really seal completely. I had to add extra weather stripping as I could see small spec of daylight at the bottom. I also like the design of the locking feature on the Jeld-Wen doors vs. this door. It's a push button locking mechanism. My happy's are the door is just beautiful, it really is a game changer. I have had tons of compliments on this door. We painted it black to match our exterior home colors and wow it's just beautiful. It's also very nice and easy to open both doors as compared to my old door. It's a quick unlock of the locking mechanism's.

Purchased the Feather River Double Prehung Front Door and had it professionally installed. We opted to have them delivered to the store, instead of our home just in case they had any damage. Thankfully they came very well packaged, and there were no damage/issues. We continuously get compliments on how great they look. The door is a right hand in-swing BUT our installer gave us the option to reverse it and install it as an out-swing door. He is not only a professional but also a perfectionist. (he's installed windows and other doors for us in the past and at another house we previously owned.) So we said yes, and boy did he doing an amazing job!!!

Beautiful door/Damaged. The doors are very nice quality and really beautiful. Arrived damaged. The frame had a big crack in it where they put a screw through the top to secure it for shipping and the weatherstrip was chewed up.

Fit great. Just as described.

Very good doors, easy to install

Excellent, looks great.

The doors took almost a month to arrive. Way later than the latest quoted arrival date. When they arrived the frame had a large approx. 6-7" gouge on the inside. It happened in the factory because it had a very horrible wood putty repair job and primer over it. I would have returned them, except that I waited a month to get them and I needed a front door. Very unhappy with the entire experience, from home depot to the manufacturer and the delivery service. I'll choose another company for my future building products.

The weatherstripping has been a challenge. The door is very attractive. Good price. Delivery vendor over promised and under performed.

We had this door professionally installed on our home which was built in 1971. The original wood doors did not seal up anymore and did not have any windows. The door faces the north and has done a great job of keeping the cold air drafts out. The glass is beautiful and allows lots of diffused light through without degrading privacy.
