16-Watt PAR38 Medium E26 Non-Dimmable Indoor and Outdoor Full Spectrum Plant Grow LED Light Bulb (12-Pack)

I came to Homedepot to find a grow light and found this wonderful Feit Electric 30-Watt PAR38 light that worked wonders on my first grow in my 2x4 tent. This bulb has 3 Selectable Spectrums for growing in each phase from seedling to blooming. I like that this LED light bulb keeps cool and saves from overheating inside the tent. I was so impressed with the first bulb i came back for 2 more. I would highly recommend this item.

I started with one light bulb…now I have (4) 30w bulbs, (1) 86w Grow light, & (1) 32w complementary light, all by Feit Electric from Home Depot , for a total set up of 238 watts for my two OG Kush plants. Six weeks of 24 hrs and my plants are bushy and about 18 inches tall and 18 inches wide. I’m in transition into flower stage so I have decreased blue light by 50% and increased red light by 50%. In one week I will switch the other two light to red light and go on a 12/12 hr light cycle. I love that Feit has the setting for each stage of growth on the light bulb it’s helps mimic sun transition from blue to red. The 2ft light also has flip switches to turn the red, white, or blue light on. You can have all blue for clones, then blue & red for veg,& all red for flower. Even has far red light. Not bad for a $400 set up. We will see how my first ever harvest goes in a few more months.

I needed more light for my indoor tropical plants. So giving this a try. I like it so far. No too bright we’re it’s obnoxious. Definitely gives me more, much needed light. I recommend.

Our plants are loving this light. We bought two and hope they will keep our indoor garden healthy and happy through the winter.

This late fall I am starting out with wintering over some outdoor deck plants then doing spring garden plants to start inside then plant outside. I got this light because Feit has an excellent product reputation. of course it will take me a few months to know results but this light has given me high expectations. I can't wait to find out how my plants look come December into April (my location: Northeast). This is a full-spectrum bulb but it only uses 30 watts power usage at any given time in use meaning if the light is on 18 hrs a day, that is a daily cost for me of about 10 cents or $3.08 monthly. The lamp produces no heat, is economical, and if I had 10 of these going 18 hrs a day, it would be $30 a month. My KWH cost is .19 cents. The bulb features are great: On the bulb, there is a switch with positions: blue-seed seedling, green-growing, red-flowering/fruiting, and switch. There are no instructions included but the box cover says "Control from wall switch and rotate through all spectrums". The switch position on the bulb lets you control and move through the three light modes by a light switch (on is one light mode, off and back on is the next light mode, off and on is the next light mode and so on). This is a nice feature because once the bulb is up, the spectrum switch position need not be touched to switch light growth modes. The light intensity is around 40 PAR for the light modes, varying just a bit from 39-43. The bulb has a two-year warranty. I am amazed at the product's light output, how little it costs to use, and the coverage it provides; with just a few more of these bulbs, you can have amazing results. This product is a quantum leap in what it does and what it costs. It offers versatility. I am getting more of these. I can recommend this product hands down. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. I provided a few photos of the light in use but not with ambient lighting taken down because I am setting up my growth area right now. The light is non-dimmable but you don't ever want to do that because this is a growth bulb. I have mine hooked up to a smart switch that I can control with a schedule and/or on/off with a voice command on a smart device or by my smart phone. The bulb base is standard (E26) and how you hang it is up to you-clamp, ceramic fixture, etc. and not having to worry about heat =more versatility in where you place it.

If you are a plant enthusiast and like to grow and keep your plants going year round you need an adjustable spectrum bulb like this one. It has one spectrum for seeding growth, one spectrum for vegetative growth and one spectrum for flowering. It’s LED and uses only thirty’s watts and has fifteen thousand hrs of life. The switch is at the base of bulb making it easy to change spectrums

It’s a grow light on steroids. Modern day LED Lamp. Has selectable options for different wavelengths of light for different growing conditions. Seedling, growing, and budding. A real help for starting plants indoors or in low light conditions. I will need weeks of testing to see how effective it really is. The light replaces/imitates sunlight. Looks very capable. Directions for hours of use to optimize growing. Fits Standard socket. Photos against a white bucket. Each color selected; Rose/Blue/White is visible but not as noticed by the naked eye. Selection for each color and is selectable by on/off switch.
