Great Stove
This a great stove, I love the air fry and convection oven features. The steam clean function is amazing. The griddle on the stove top is a nice size, we use this for grilling, pancakes and eggs. Very easy to clean. It’s not a perfect match to my cabinet color but I will tell you, I am enjoying not cleaning a stainless steel appliance, not more smudges or finger prints ..

New Design Defects

This New Design Defects:
Below are the two new design defects of this range:
• Four large slots on the metal cover of the bottom.
• A big hole under the cover that directly leads to the exit hole on the back of the stove.
As a result of these two defects: Mice, small animals and various bugs can freely access inside the stove.
These creatures will carry bacteria, viruses and various pathogenic microorganisms on their bodies/mouth.
This can easily contaminate the food and utensils in the oven, and potentially spread diseases.
If this continues, it will pose a huge threat to the health and safety of the user, in this case my family.
My experience:
In January 2021, my family bought this stove from Home Depot. After using a few times, I found dirty secretions and mice droppings in the oven. We have been using other various stoves for a long time and never had such an issue. In this particular stove, not only have mice entered the stove and left their food debris (e.g. peanut droppings), but there were also a lot of mice feces scattered inside, especially in the white asbestos above the back of the stove. In fact, after opening the metal plate with 4 large slots at the bottom of the oven, I found a large hole. Due to configuration of the stove, I was unable to open more parts to look for the dead mouse and clean it thoroughly.

Poor service
We received this stove and it’s in need of repair. On hold with GE for ovet 40 minutes before i gave up. The storage drawer needs repaired.

Very disappointed with this range
Where do I start, we got this 2 years ago, we’ve yet to figure out how to use the timer. You can set the timer but can’t see how many minutes are left if you hit timer again it starts at zero and you have no idea how much time is left. I’ve watched YouTube videos and called for help that’s just how it is. The bottom steel about the drawer warped within 7 months the handle part broke off and when I called there’s nothing they can do. The steel looks much duller then other GE products

This range is great! I love the griddle, especially for bacon and eggs. The oven preheat is super fast and it displays the temperature as it rises when the oven is preheating, pretty neat. I haven't explored the air fryer or convection options yet, but I will. I highly recommend this gas range. Get it before the government outlaws them.
