Is it supposed to beep repeatedly during spin cycle?
Model GTW485ASWWB is not designed to beep repeatedly during the spin cycle. We recommend disconnecting the washer from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting, to reset it. If you continue to have the issue, we recommend making an appointment with one of our Bodewell service technicians by calling 1-833-4BODEWELL.
Where do you put the fabric softener

Where do I find measurements?

Why does my new washer not agitate well
It is normal for newer models to operate more quietly than older washers. After the water stops filling, the washer may take approximately 20–30 seconds to sense the load and engage the drive system. To check whether the washer is agitating, open the lid and place a small article of clothing in the washer, noting its position. Close the lid and allow the washer to run for a minute or two. Then open the lid and check the article of clothing. If the agitator or infusor is working properly, the clothing should have moved around in the wash basket. If the washer is not agitating, first make sure it is receiving power by checking the household circuit breaker or fuse, as well as the outlet and power cord. The washer should be connected to a dedicated outlet. Also, make sure the lid is completely closed, as the washer will not agitate with the lid open. Before starting the cycle again, make sure the lid is completely closed and that the Start/Stop or Pause button has not been pressed. If these steps do not resolve the issue, service may be required. You can schedule a repair appointment with Bodewell at 1-833-426-3393.

Pressing Start/Pause will unlock the lid, if locked at that time, pause the cycle and the Fill, Soak, Wash, Rinse, and Spin light indicators will blink. To continue the cycle, press Start/Pause again.

Over the years, the amount of water allowed for use in washing machines has been reduced by the Department of Energy (DOE), which establishes efficiency standards. As washing machines have become more efficient, they use significantly less water and energy while providing the same or even better cleaning performance than older models.It is normal for the wash basket not to fill completely with water. Most washers are equipped with load-sensing technology that automatically adjusts the water level based on the selected cycle and the size of the load.
