A: Hi Gjianop - Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your GE washer GTW755CSMWS. We are sorry to hear of the unfortunate experience when washing sheets. This is frustrating, we know. Make sure the washer is level. The washer needs to be level and sitting on a good, solid floor. The more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. Take a look at the following troubleshooting link- TOP LOAD WASHER WALKING OR VIBRATING: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17445 - Also, for best results, load sheets evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. If you need further assistance, a qualified GE service technician is required for an accurate diagnosis. To schedule service online, visit us at GEAppliances.com or call 1.800.GE.CARES (800.432.2737). Please have your serial number and your model number available when calling for service. We hope this is helpful. Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com. We are always eager to help! Sue
A: I understand your question and think it's a technical issue. As an owner of this model, I can attest that my washer will self-adjust off-balanced loads. Why your washer isn't doing this should be addressed by a service technician.
A: Hi Betty - Thanks for choosing our GE® 4.9 cu. ft. Capacity Smart Washer GTW755CPMDG. We are happy to provide assistance with fabric softener use. Liquid fabric softener should be added to the small drawer in the rear of the washer opening. We suggest viewing an illustration and instructions on page 14 of the Use and Care Manual at the following link or scroll down the page to "Info & Guides": https://images.homedepot-static.com/catalog/pdfImages/73/73b37c13-e253-4f90-bb24-930dde17a384.pdf - We hope this is helpful. A: Hi Liz - Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing GE® Washer GTW755CPMDG. We are sorry to hear of the wrinkling and extreme lint and can understand your concern. The washer may be overloaded. For heavy or larger loads, choose the Deep Fill option. Press the Deep Fill button once before starting the cycle to add an incremental amount of water to the wash load. Holding the Deep Fill button for 3 seconds will provide the deepest fill level possible. The Deep Fill button can also be pressed after the washer has completed filling and is in the wash phase if additional water is desired. To stop the extra fill, press the Deep Fill button again and the water will stop. Also, choose the Deep Rinse option and use a fabric softener (Note: you can choose Deep Rinse with or without using a fabric softener). Sort by color (whites, lights, colors), soil level, fabric type (sturdy cottons, easy care, delicates) and whether the fabric produces lint (terry cloth, chenille) or collects lint (velveteen, corduroy). Wash lint producers such as cotton towels and socks separate from lint collectors including synthetic garments and dress pants. Load dry items loosely in the washer basket. For best results, load items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. A: I have owned the same washer, for about a year. I have experimented with different cycles & like the "Heavy Duty", or "Bulky Items" selections.Either one of those settings puts plenty of water in the tub, which may relieve your tight wrinkle problem. I assume your filling the liquid detergent dispenser, so it doesn't go dry. During a cycle, peek through the lid to see if you have enough water in the tub, as it is washing the clothes.
A: It's not loud but not exactly quiet either.
A: Hi kb - The washer has an Auto Balance Suspension System. The washer tubs move freely within our exclusive auto balance suspension system. It is a rod and spring floating suspension, designed to withstand extensive out of balance situations without the need for an "out of balance" switch. During an out of balance load, the basket is allowed to "float" forward and backward, side to side, and up and down, yet it never touches the floor nor is it even connected to the floor. As a result, the clothes basket can move freely, and this is normal. The balance ring allows smooth operation and prevents the washer from knocking or walking. It allows the washer to go into a full speed spin with a 5 lb. out-of-balance load and the washer remains still. The balance ring is an enclosed plastic container that is partially filled with a salt water solution. The two halves of the balance ring are welded together to form a permanent seal. It is attached to the inner clothes basket and allows the basket to spin smoothly if an uneven load creates an out-of-balance situation. We also offer optional WASHER/DRYER ANTI-VIBRATION PADS WX17X10001CA. These pads help reduce washer noise and vibrations without scratching floors. Thanks for viewing GE! Keep in touch. Sue
