If the controls on your range are locked, please press the Lock Controls button for 3 seconds to unlock them. If you've started a self-clean cycle, you can press the Cancel button and wait for the oven to cool off before it will unlock. Lastly, you can try unplugging you unit for a few minutes before plugging it back in. This can reset your range.
