Junk
I’d give it zero stars if I could, only lasted 1.5 years before it quit working. Repairs would cost more than a new one . Buy something better.

Simple and Intuitive
We are enjoying the washer. The tub (5.0) is so much bigger than our old washer (3.2). The controls are intuitive and easy to use. We are still on a learning curve as to how much powder to use because the washer dictates the water level. However so far everything has been just fine. The clothes are clean and fresh. One issue I have noticed is my sheets rolled up into a ball during the wash. Luckily I walked in to check on the wash and corrected it and all was fine from that point. Could have been the way I loaded it. All in all we are happy with our purchase.

⚠️ EXPLODING ⚠️ WASHER ⚠️
We purchased April 2022 1) It’s loud, Like super loud! 2) The tangle control setting is a joke! Maybe it’s because there’s no agitator, but clothes are always tangled and wrinkly. 3) Have to use the deep clean setting in order for clothes to get clean. 4) The washer imploded! That’s right, it EXPLODED from the inside! Sounded like a bomb! It was not overfilled, only at about half capacity! Trying to contact GE to see what they’ll do about it. Google search shows it’s a common problem with GE!

Love my GE Profile Washer! ❤️
It doesn’t have the agitator, so no more tangled clothes!! It does have glass lid, large stainless steel drum, extra wash cycles i.e. sheets, jeans, extra spin cycles options. This model is also quieter than most washers, necessary in a condo & smaller houses.
