I really like the fact that this weed killer is fast acting.
I have tried this weed killer on a variety of weeds and found that a lot of them seem to die the same day. Too often a weed killer takes a week or more to work. I find it very handy to have the sprayer for the gallon container so I don’t have to transfer the weed killer to another container to apply the weed killer. Unfortunately, the spray nozzle that came with the weed killer was defective and wouldn’t work. However, I had a sprayer from an old gallon container that did work. I like the fact that this I can use this is an organic weed killer that I can safely use near my apple trees. The pictures of weeds that I attached were sprayed a couple of days before I took the pictures. One of the picture is of a weed before I sprayed it. I only gave it four stars because of the defective sprayer.

This Is Good Stuff
This is effective weed and grass killer for certain perennial grasses like crab grass, cloverweed, chickweed, dandelions, etc. I used it on some dandelion & clover spots and it took care of them! I also use this on cracks in the sidewalk that inevitably get grass growing! Be careful not to over-spray because it will take out good grass too. The best part of this type of grass/weed killer is that it uses vinegar! There are no bleaches or poisons. No dilution required for the big jug either. I would say the overall spraying of a live weed to seeing a dead weed took about a day in sunny & dry weather. This product does indeed smell like vinegar! The spray handle took some time to get it to work. I read the directions -- yes, it comes with nozzle directions, but still took time to get it pumping. Once it started, it was easy to use. The sprayer nozzle does both spray beam and spray mist.

Vinegar-Based Weed Killer Works Quickly
I was impressed with the Green Gobbler 20% Vinegar Weed Killer in the 1 gallon sprayer. First, the sprayer itself is convenient--a 2-foot hose pulls out of the nozzle to provide sufficient distance to hold the canister in one hand and direct the spray in the other. The liquid has a pungent, vinegary odor that I disliked but the tradeoff was to rely on other products that are not as environmentally friendly. I tested this product on various weeds, including Johnson grass, and was amazed that they all were brown and dying within four days after a single application.

Works Okay but Frustrating Experience
Okay, first let's talk about the bad packaging. "There ought to be a law". A big pet peeve of mine is the recent use of tiny unreadable text being used on so many products. Look at this package. It says "DANGER" followed by hundreds of tiny text words that no one in their right mind is going to read before using the product. Seriously? Do you expect us to use a magnifying glass to read all that information? Then there is the sprayer. Instruction #4 listed on the side if the jug says "Hold sprayer below level of bottle . . . " Realize the sprayer is on a tube that is only 3 inches long. How are you supposed to hold it below the level of the bottle? Can't be done. Now add to that the fact that the sprayer just will not work. I made several attempts to pump the product but it just will not spray no matter what I do. So this has been a very frustrating product to use and I would not buy it again at least in this container. Now to be fair to the product I poured some into another spray bottle to see how the product actually worked. After spraying some grass and weeds (in the sun) they did start turning brown after a couple of hours and were mostly brown the next day. However realize that the weeds are probably just burnt and not dead. This product and similar ones do not kill to the root. They will revive and come back soon unless you pluck them out. I have an issue with that premise since I could just pluck them out in the first place while they are still green. Sorry, maybe I am being too critical but this process does not save me time or money. I can't recommend this product.
Works well, surprisingly well.
When I first started using this I became very frustrated with the spary needing to wait between squirts and the hose was incredibly short. Then I found out that the hose was coiled up inside the handle. Once I pulled it out the spray worked much better. For killing the weeds works great, I used it for the grass and weeds growing in my driveway, also tried a flame touch however this spray is much better as the flame kept catching more on fire then I expected. This i think is much safer. Forget about reading the label, way too small letters, I needed to use my phone camera to blow it up and read the text. Also found the MSDS better to read and more useful. Wish they had the text on line in a readable state. Yep, they got the label on line, however not useful trying to read it on my phone.

Effective Weed Killer
The "Green Gobbler 1 Gal. 20 % Vinegar Weed Killer works on all kinds of weeds and grass. I got it specifically to use on Virginia Creeper which is very active in our area. 24 hours following treatment the weed was definitely dead or close to it. Green Gobbler can be also be used to eliminate crabgrass, dandelions, clover weeds, white clover, moss, etc. For residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural use. It is ready to use right out the container. This formula is four times stronger than traditional table vinegar. There is a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee from the company.

Good weed killer
This is a very good weed killer a lot better than using something that has a lot of chemicals in it that will harm the environment. Yes this is organic and safe to use and it works really good. We have fence between us in the neighbors lot and there is a lot of poison ivy in it so we spray this weed killer on the poison ivy and the next day you could tell it was dying .out. This is a very effective organic weed killer that won't harm the earth friendly but still do the job. You won't go wrong in getting this product.

Non selective, can kill grass
I gave this product 3 stars due to the fact that the other 80% of the product is a trade secret and no information is given as to its effects. The product has the large title that it is 20% vinegar leading me to believe that it is very safe to use. But the label says this product is harmful to humans & animals. It gives lots of warning of how to use it - like not on windy days & not while birds are flying around. Also it is not a selective weed killer - so you can't use it on weeds in the middle of your lawn because any spray could deaden the lawn grass. Where this product is good is on weeds that are in the cracks of driveways & sidewalks - just like the label of the gallon shows. I used it on these weeds & grasses growing in the cracks & within 2 days they were dry & yellowing. Although most of the grasses in the cracks did wither there are still some shoots or blades that are green - the product does say it is not systemic - that it does not go all the way to the roots, so that you might have to spray this over the section after a week or more to finally kill off some of these weeds. It says it complies with organic use but it says it should not be used on actual edible plants - so you'd have to research up to 7 tabs online to check how the best way to use it. It does have a very vinegary smell even when using a 5 layer mask & the smell lasts for a few days.
Effective organic weedkiller
The only active ingredient in this weedkiller is Acetic Acid—that is, vinegar which is organic—at 20%. That fact makes this a eco-friendlier herbicide than many other chemical herbicides. However, based on my experience, it is very effective in killing weeds rather quickly. See the pictures: the first one is pre-application and the second one is 2 days after application. The pictures show rather complete withering and killing of the weeds. An effective organic eco-friendly weedkiller is a ‘win’ in my opinion.

Lawn Safe Weed Killer
This does have warning labels and so be careful with use, but the product is 20% Vinegar, and is safe to use on various grasses. It also has a nicely designed trigger sprayer with an on/off twist at the bottle. It works well on perennial broadleaf weeds and is not very selective to spray only where needed. For my lawn (st augustine) I use it only to target tough to control weeks and noxious grasses like crabgrass. Read the back label carefully.
