Excellent, unique product
I've ordered a number of Hagerty products, and they all offer creative or value-oriented solutions to regular household challenges. These plate separators skew more towards the creative than the value-oriented side, as they are basically just simple felt cut-outs, and it's hard to imagine that they cost much to make, but they certainly solve a major household challenge - storing plates without scratching them. I'm using these not for fine china, but for stoneware serving bowls, which are heavy and often have a rough bottom. These felt separators are perfect to keep them from scratching and banging against each other on my shelves.

Love them!
Until I got these plate separators, I was using the plastic sleeves that my china came in to protect between plates. Needless to say, it was always messy to take the china out because there would be plastic wrappings all over the place, and the stacked plates always looked disorganized with all that plastic sticking out between them.
I love how soft these separators are. They are very easy to place between plates, and provide the needed protection. They are just thick enough that they produce a 1-2 millimeter space between plates, which protects the silver edging, but they are also not so thick that they add a lot of volume, which would then make it difficult to fit the whole set in my cabinet. This package includes separators for large plates, small plates, and cup saucers, and there were enough to use for my bowls as well. It does not include any separators for tea cups, but they stack OK without damaging the decorative rim. My china cabinet looks so neat now... I highly recommend this product for any china set.

Great plate protectors!
This is a great set of plate dividers. They're made out of a thick blue felt and have scalloped edges. The approximate size of pads: 4 1/2", 5 1/2", 7 1/2" so they're not going to cover the entire plate. Meant to provide protection from rims scratches. Would work for storage or for packing and moving. Would also work great to protect your non-stick pots and pans. Sure you could save a little and make them yourself but why?

Protect your pots and pans too!
Because of limited space, we tend to stack our pots and pans in the cabinet. Our pots and pans all have non-stick coating on them as well and we certainly don't want that to get damaged. We used to just put paper towels between them, but we had always looked for a better solution. When I saw these separators from Hagerty, I immediately thought of this and it turns out they work great! We use them on the china as well, but we did take some of the larger ones to use to protect our cookware investment.

Very good product
I liked this product very much but I wish the size of the plate separators were a little larger, also It would be nice if included in the box were additional smaller separators for the coffee saucers. That being said I believe the product does exactly what it's intended to do.
