The window was easy to install however the box was significantly damaged upon our pick up at the ...
The window was easy to install however the box was significantly damaged upon our pick up at the store. My husband looked at it as best as possible but the employee gave him a hard time. Upon installation we found damage to the window. We waited over a month for this special order so we made due and straightened the damaged metal best we could. Though this is not the manufacturers fault, it makes me fearful to special order Windows from home depot again.
So far the window itself is exactly what we needed... hopefully it will last!

Looks great? I wish the cris cross on inside panels was black like outside. The black metal is on outside, with wood on inside. So we painted wood black on inside too. Came out great!
