Although this window is not carried by my local store or available on-line, it was easily special ordered in the store window department. Window came solidly crated and undamaged. Seems well-made and sturdy. DIY Installation was straightforward. Only minor adjustments needed to outside trim after nailing. Windows and screens operate smoothly. Added vinyl mouldings to the inside to accommodate a glass shelf instead of the ventilated shelving provided. Adds so much more light to the room. Very pleased with the overall appearance. Would definitely recommend.

We're in Montana so it gets cold in the winter. Without operable windows it might do better, but the two side windows have no weather-sealing. We get a LOT of condensation on the inside and a LOT of ice build-up on the inside. The interior caulking is also poor quality. After 4 years/winters, I'm looking to tear it out and install a standard window. Perhaps you just need to spend a lot more money for a garden window that will insulate against winter cold

Our neighbors had one of these installed when they got new siding. After 8-10 years in the harsh Idaho winters, I noticed it was still in very good condition. Since it's all vinyl and glass, it's really easy to clean off the pine needles, sap, and even mold. The seals still looked good. So, we bought one for a house in Wisconsin. It was very easy to install and for the money, it is the best deal out there. All the others out there are 2x as much to purchase. My only complaints are that the windows are really loose, the bottom shelf is similar to a plastic refrigerator shelf, and stains easily. You could paint it with a gloss enamel after it gets stained. It will get stained from water & dirt dripping down from your plants. The frame is plastic-welded together, so the seams on the outside are not very attractive. However, from the inside you cannot see any of the seams.
