Purewash M250 Non-Electric Bidet Seat for Elongated Toilets in White

Simple effective and just works with my kohler high line toilet seamlessly. Having a bidet is a nice addition to quality of life. It really is the little things. Cost effective for quality comfort.

Kohler Purewash M250 Non-electric bidet seat for enlongated toilets was easy to install. The directions were easy to follow. The water pressure is good and the wand is self cleaning and retractable. I liked the fact that it came with a couple of different nozzles to be able to pick preferred spray. The wand angle is adjustable. This is a very useful feature. I purchased a nonelectric bidet since I did not have an electrical outlet close to the toilet.

This bidet seat is easy to install and highly functional. It is not electric and the water is cold, but it truly gets the job done. It is made of relatively lightweight plastic so how long it will last is to be determined, but after a month I'm satisfied, particularly given the price point. A factoring in the saved TP....

Fairly easy to install and is perfect for our needs. As you would expect from Kohler, it has a modern look.

This is an amazing product. Easy to install and works great! It met all our expectations! My 86 year old Mom loves it!!

I've used this bidet before in the elongated seat and I loved it but my toilet is round. Within the first week, water leaks on the handle all over my hand. It also continues to leak from the handle when not in use. Currently have a bucket under the handle. Will be returning.

I’ve several bidets. None of them leaked. But this one did a few drops of water every hour would pool up under the handle.

This simple bidet seat is all one needs. Cold water, adjustable for location, angle and pressure. No electricity needed and easy to install. We have two now.

I first reviewed this bidet on Mar 21, 2017. I sense replaced it with a heated one. This is not to imply that there is anything wrong with this bidet. It is just that the water in my house is too cold to be comfortable. Just something to keep in mind. Original review: The decision on recommending this was a hard one. There are a lot of good features, but also some drawbacks. Overall, the drawbacks slightly outweigh the advantages. The first drawback is the installation. The design of the mounting plate that mounts to the toilet does not match the illustration in the instruction. The improved design give you more adjustment for variations in hole location. But they use rectangular "washers" that tend to fall into the slots in the mounting plate. You end up having to hold them in place, and tighten the nuts underneath the toilet seat instead of being able to use a screwdriver on the screws. Once you have the nuts snug, you can then use a screwdriver. Because of the design of the nuts, you are going to have to go back and tighten the screws several times. The T fitting that screws to water inlet also gave me problems. The first thing was that it hadn't been assembled tightly, and came apart. I have to reattach the nut to the body. The next problem I had was trying to get it to thread on properly. The pipe coming out of the toilet is old plastic, and the T would not thread on all the way. I ended up replacing the fill valve assembly, and they it worked. Hooking the water ling to the seat is also a challenge because of the filter. There isn't much thread to work with until you get the gaskets compressed. I don't especially like the toilet seat. It blocks the back part of the bowl, making cleaning more difficult. It isn't a standard design, so replacement may be a problem. You also end up sitting a bit more towards the front, putting my "plumbing" too close to the front of the bowl for proper operation. Time for an elongated toilet? On the plus side, the controls are easy to use. It does a good job of cleaning. I especially like that you can change where the water hits. You can also control the water flow. You have a choice of jets, so you can pick the one that works best for your water pressure. One feature that may not be important to you is the amount of space on the side of the toilet for the controls. This was important to me because I have limited room between the toilet and the vanity. I tried a bidet that mounted under a standard toilet seat, but the controls hit the vanity. The removal of the seat from the mounting plate is easy - just a push of the button. But you are limited on where you can move it unless you disconnect the water line. While this bidet works well. But unless you have space constraints, there are other products that don't have as many disadvantages.

So a couple if things that I first noticed that I will look for in my next bidet. 1) the nozzle doesn't come out far so you have to really scoot back on the toilet seat. 2) a feminine wash 3) a hot supply water line would have really made this an amazing product and worth it.
