Very disappointed that holes were not drilled in both doors for handles and there are damages all over the doors that require fixing from shipping

Hi there, we are sorry that you were expecting your doors with boreholes. Our AA doors do not come with boreholes pre-drilled. KrosswoodDoors-HD

Not stain grade wood, no quality control The wood has several knot holes and cracks, definitely paint grade and poor quality. The top of the frame had one nail holding it, with several holes from the air gun...assuming they ran out of nails and didn't notice. The hinges are not consistent in height, with variation between each side. The actual door height is 96", not counting frame. It was securely fastened to two pallets for shipping.

In today’s world of massive shortages, erratic product quality, buy online, ship and assess the quality, too often things must be returned. Not so with Krosswood Doors. Their online detail was excellent, options made known, shipping pallet apparatus was incredibly stout, the product was safe secure and it arrived EARLY (any a 3 full weeks). Install went well, and as the new owners we are very pleased. Thankful as well.

We purchased these because they were ratted higher and seemed to be better quality than the mdf doors. For the price we paid I was pretty disappointed. On the Home Depot website they provided the wrong dimensions for the “opening” that should be built. Also the doors were not cut evenly. The “reveal” on one side is fine and on the other side the doors press in against each other. A lot of extra sanding had to be done and we had to knock the wall back since HD gave the wrong measurements to build the opening to.
