I have chose to skip Scott's and go with Lesco's it cost more but the results are worth it.
Most times I used Scott's EZ seed but gave Lesco's and the new Thick R Lawn a try so Sorry Scott's

i wanna give 5. i rather 4.5 but 5, ill explain. used other seed before nvr seen much of anything. i tried this... just after i aerator. my area was hit with part of a hurricane so seeds had 2 days to settle (i watered lightly), then had about 4 nonstop rain. 1 break, 2 days of rain. sunny day... (u counting the days).. i have a bare area that had nothing for years. nothing else grew. this did. its not much at all. i apparently didnt do enough seed. but i pics are proof. funny how each hole has the most grass. need more seed n figure out the right fert.
now odd fact, i stored my bag for 2 year before i used it. i just dont get why only 7lbs. bigger would help lol. i also wish the grass was a little thicker, i know its new atm but i hope it gets thicker. :) .

Used this to overseed a not so nice grassy area...

Seeing our Fall lawn so lush with growth is great.
We also have used the easy seed type patches in the past with minimal growth. Someone told us to use professional seed. We won't be looking back.
