LG Washer
I replaced a 20+ year old washer. This new LG has futuristic features, but easy to use. The clothes seem to get cleaner than my last washer. I like that I can choose "more water".

Two month old top load washer developed rust in the spin basket. Warranty replaced. Too soon to judge replacement.

Large capacity washer with style.
Very happy with it although it has a design flaw. The detergent dispenser drawer remains full of water after the wash has completed. So I need to remove it to dump the water after each wash or the water never drains out and causes an odor.

Great capacity
I bought this one month ago and I am very satisfied with my decision. All my friends recomended me the brand LG, and they where right. This model has a large capacity to wash all my bedding and clothes in just one cycle, so I finish my laundry in less time and everything comes out very clean.

No Accountability with HD or LG!!!
Terrible product and customer service. Very unhappy with HD and LG. Each shirk responsibility blame the other and the customer. Don’t be fooled by price it will cost you more and more. Black appearing on clothes after wash. Nothing they will do. Awful, stay away. Bought 10/8 installed by HD. No issues with 30 year old machine

Small outside but a large drum
My wife is 5 foot 4 so she does a lot of stretching to get the clothes out because it’s very deep drum which so far she’s not complaining about. but she’s did mention she is going to need a small stool to stand on to get the clothes out the washer. She did notice the drum is starting to have scum on it already even though she cleans it once a week. she really likes the deep water in it where the water is actually covering your clothes when she washes clothes.

terrible machine- avoid it
Stay away from this product. My machine doesnt clean. Always left my clothes worse than before washing them. Leaves lots of lint and blacks marks on clothes. I worked with LG for six months with no resolution. Their customer service is beyond poor. Finally bought a different machine and my clothes are clean again. This model is a lemon.
