Installed poorly could of gotten killed by 240V
First of all when the washer was installed it rattled so violently against the wall. The dryer was installed with the sidekick after I repeatedly told them it’s not how I saw it in the store. After 30 days without any appliances to use we had to replace everything for them to refuse to install the sidekick again because it was on back order when it was ordered at the same time with washer and dryer a Christmas with going to the laundromat.

Great washer and dryer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the pair of units together and they are amazing! We did have a loud noise coming from the washer and the warranty repair man swapped the pump with no issues in about 1 hour.
Connected them to the app and they give us notifications of timing etc.

Beautiful and Efficient!
I am loving my new LG ultra large capacity front load washer. So many features including Steam Technology, easy to use and gets clothes super clean! I waited a long time to buy a new washer and dryer set, and I wanted LG for it's high quality and reliability. It's a bonus that it's beautiful too!

Happy with new LG washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my new W&D for a few weeks now and also purchased the pedestals. I’m set up now and everything is working great. My only negative comment would be I expected the door to be able to reverse (and read that it did), but after paying to have someone back out to perform, I was told LG doesn’t provide that option (only GE).
So it’s a little inconvenience for me but only when I wash.

Great washer

We debated getting another front load washer after having issues with our old washer but am I glad we did! I love this washer! It gets my clothes so clean and has a very large capacity! It is so quite and no more rocking when I wash towels. The wifi features are helpful and keep me from constantly running to the laundry room to see if my clothes are finished. I am very happy with this product and would highly recommend it!
