Most Efficient and Clean Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with this product for the most part. I was so fed up with the other washers I had. They would not wash my clothes. I would run so many loads and waste so much water for them to never wash. My clothes were always smelling stinky and sweaty like they didn't even get washed. I was extremely fed uo and upset for a very long time. It was too long I was feeling very upset and insecure about my hygiene to no fault of my own. I finally decided to splurge on this very nice Washer that I only got because it was top-rated by energy Star. Money was also a concern of mine and even though this washer was expensive by all standards it was also the most energy efficient one I saw on there and the ONLY one that was the most efficient on water usage. The reason why I'm giving it a 4 stars is because there were times where it has reminded me of the old washers that not only didn't wash my clothes but also would literally bounce around side to side when doing a spin to the point it wouldn't spin and I had times where the tub would load full of water then just empty itself and stop cycle altogether. I have horror stories with those washers. Anyway, this washer I had heard banging around and I was wondering why. I couldn't really think of a good reason why it would be doing this. It's only happened a couple of times and the fullest load I did when I heard these noises was I believe when I put 4 standard size pillows in there. I still felt confused just as I did with the old washers. I didn't understand why it would be banging around. I strongly don't like when washers do that because of the sound but I don't like it when they malfunction and/or don't do what they're supposed to do ever. It makes me think that it is a 'shot' product and wasn't meant to be put out for sale in the market. Anyway, I still am going to keep this washer for as long as I can and I hope I don't keep having that problem with it! (It doesn't happen very often at all. Out of the 35+ loads I've done with it already it probably only happened maybe 5 times.) I'd like to add that my clothes smelt so bad after having all of those washes that seemed to just make the smell problem in my clothes worse and after running loads with them in this washer it took away the smell completely. I was so happy.

Waste of money
The worst washer , had this washer for over 2years and third time with same issues .. Doesn’t drain!!!

Leaked and Damaged Property
I owned this washer for approximately 1 month. The washer worked fine for this period of time.
After one month, during a wash, the machine leaked the entire contents of the washer directly out of the back of the machine and flooded both my laundry room and garage with approximately 1" of water. I spent a day cleaning my garage to mitigate water damage and am currently in the midst of dealing with "Customer Service."
LG Customer care has been wildly helpful so far and has refused to go further than sending an email to their service providers. Any time you ask to speak to a manager, you are simply redirected back to beginning of the phone service menu.
I'm attaching photos from the damage to the trim in my laundry room and garage. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos while the flooding was occurring, so you can't see how deep the water was, only where it leached into the trim. We have a damage claim in, but LG hasn't even provided me a claim number and dodges the question when I cask about the claim.

Stay away from washer and HD
5 major repairs and counting. The machine is currently not operable due to a drainage issue, it’s 2 years old.
We purchased the extended warranty. Home Depot’s extended warranty is through Allstate/SquareTrade. After machine breaks, Allstate determines if they approve a claim and will reimburse repairs. You first have to have a certified repair company provide an estimate. Home Depot will not help what so ever after your extended warranty expires either.

Excellent Washer with lots of features
We have owned this LG Signature washer for a year. The unit has been reliable so far without any issues. I recommend the product. This unit is large and extremely heavy, so bringing it upstairs was difficult for the delivery team of two.

My four feedbacks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned the washer for about a week now. Switched over from a top loading washer to this front loader. Here are a few items that I’d like to provide feedback on:
* It’s very easy to accidentally touch the power button when the wash cycle has started if one is around the washer doing other things.
* Wish there was a way to keep the LED light on for the entire wash cycle.
* You have to be creative when washing pillows because the load becomes uneven. You will need to add other items in the washer to even up the load.
* The light gray letters on the four dispensers are very difficult to see. Wish the letters were black or a darker color to easily see the detergent, bleach…etc markings.

Overall good

It was not under warranty anymore, but LG did a one time courtesy of extending the warranty. Overall, if the thing had not broken in the first place it would be 5 stars.
