AnswerThey are two separate phone jacks, yes internally wired, I upload a picture of the back, there are letters on the back G, R, Y & B. For my application, I want two jacks with the same phone line I will run a jumper wire to the other jack

Thank you for your recent purchase. The Leviton standard 6P4C + 6P4C telephone wallplate provides two discrete 6P4C telephone jacks. In applications where the same line of service is desired on both jacks the terminals between the jacks can be bridged using category rated wire or telephone wire—for single-line applications connect the red terminals of both jacks together, and then connect the green terminals of both jacks together. Then the incoming line can be tied to either of the jacks and dial-tone will be available at both.
