Will shed fiberglass!!!
I’ve owned this mattress for almost 2 years exactly when I look a look under my bed to look for a dropped screw. Instead of the screw, I found that the entire floor under the bed was covered with little shiny specs. I knew immediately that this was a sign of fiberglass contamination. Not ONCE did I remove the cover of the bed that is supposed to retain the fiberglass for fireproofing and yet there is so much fiberglass falling out of the bed. Glad I caught this before long.

Moldy Mattress After Almost A Year
I live in a pretty dry area as well as keep my room temperature at 60-70 degrees to prevent mold growth in my household. So it came to a shock to us to see so much mold on a mattress that we barely bought a year ago. No one should see mold on any pretty much new mattress. We bought the frame with it which showed no sign of mold whatsoever but the mattress was moldy to the point it was starting to eat through the "protective cover" as they called it on the mattress. Bizarre and disgusting. When i tried to bring it to their attention on Lucid customer service chat they tried to blame it on me. Definitely will not be buying from this company. Oh and by the way. Google Lucid Mattress Mold and you'll see I am not the only one with this issue.

Partially met expectations- in all respects except being too firm. After two months we stop using...
Partially met expectations- in all respects except being too firm. After two months we stop using and placed in guest bedroom. The medium Tight-Top was a replacement for the firm Tight-Top we also stopped using after two months. The medium did not seem any less firm. Plenty of 'give' but when lying on, was just too hard for both of us. Fine for guest bedroom use. Mattress did meet our expectations for quality, as have the three previous ones, just too firmer of a tight-top for our liking. Tight-top is a great description as the top seems slightly firm on a springy cushion base, for both firm and medium. Our previous two Lucid Foam mattresses were perfect.

The thickness was actually only 7.5" not 10' as listed
I bought two Lucid Twin 10" Gel Memory Foam Mattresses from Home Depot Decor.
I received these 2 mattresses yesterday and got some issues.
1. One of mattress had a hole and exposed foam out shown picture 1 below
2. The thickness of two mattresses is 7.5" not 10" as listed. See attachments
3. There're no instruction inside boxes.
I sent email to Lucid yesterday and I have not received any response from them.

Was there any damage to the box of the mattress when you received it? All our products go through a quality inspection before they are sent out, but if the package is not handled with care while it is being shipped, the mattress can get damaged. However, please know that we are always here to help.
Additionally, could you tell us how long the mattresses have been out of the packaging? Have they finished expanding since you posted this review? Please know that it can take up to 48-hours for the mattress to fully and evenly expand. If the mattress does not measure 10-inches after 48-hours, then we will make it right for you.

The mattresses were way too soft. I can barely roll...
The mattresses were way too soft. I can barely roll over in bed because it sinks down as soon as I sit on it and swing my legs up. I sink down and struggle to move to the middle of the bed.
After reading so many good reviews it was a disappointment.
