Hi Tommy Joe, You dont need to repot your plant now unless you want to. I would wait until it finished blooming and just enjoy the flowers. You can repot it in a pot one size bigger than what it is in and repot in orchid bark or moss for orchids found at the Home Depot. Just loosely break apart the roots. Once it is repotted let it rest for few months then you can give it orchid fertilizer. The plant do not like soggy feet so make sure it never sits in water and remains well drained. Only water it when it is dry to the touch. Let me know if you have any other questions!
