Product Details

An ideal choice for your space, the MSI Cancun Beige Glazed Ceramic Floor and Wall Tile features a matte finish to help add style to your decor. This rectangular beige tile is made with the HD inkjet technology and features a luxurious stone look that adds class to contemporary aesthetic. Suitable for medium-duty commercial or residential floors and walls, install this tile to incorporate a distinctive personal signature in a wide variety of designs and patterns.
  • 16 sq. ft. per case, 8 pieces per case; case weight is 70.08 lb.
  • Grade 1, first-quality glazed ceramic tile for floor, wall and countertop use
  • 12 in. width x 24 in. length x 9.9 mm thick
  • Glazed smooth matte finish with a low sheen and slight variation in tone
  • P.E.I. Rating III is suitable for medium-duty residential and commercial floors including kitchens, corridors, terraces and areas used more often with normal footwear and small amounts of dirt
  • Semi-Vitreous flooring has water absorption of more than 3% but less than 7% for indoor use
  • Slip-resistance/coefficient of friction rating of 0.50 both wet and dry is marginally skid resistant, appropriate for indoor or some outdoor applications
  • Not frost resistant
  • Residential and commercial use
  • Don't forget your coordinating trim pieces, grout, backerboard, thinset, and installation tools

          Not bad for budget friendly ceramic
          Purchased this for a customer to tile shower and bathroom walls. Material is a thicker ceramic and easy to cut with grinder and snap cutter. Instructions on box says not to use brick pattern but we did as well as use clips to not have any lippage. Job turned out very nice and customer was very happy!

            This tile is now installed in my master bath, it is absolutely gorgeous! I had to find something that would go with the tile that wasn't being replace. This is a great option for anything in the tan to darker brown (mixed). We also went with super narrow grout lines. Just gorgeous.

            Easily chips and horrible to Mop
            This tile chips very easily, it looks beautiful but the quality is like egg shells it chips so easily. Very disappointed, I wished I had chosen something else. This has ruined my kitchen remodel because I now need to replace like 6 tiles in less than two months from it being placed.

              all tiles are bowed
              customer supplied tiles for a shower wall directly from home depot. all tiles are are cupped to some degree. installation without some kind of lippage is impossible. tile also chips very easily. quality is reflected in the price of the tile. do yourself a favor and spend a little extra money on a product that is flat and sturdier. you can even see in the in store display that the tiles are concaved. the top right tile is at least 1/8"- 1/4" out further than bottom course.

                Are use this product in a bathroom a model of an apartment I was looking for a neutral tile that wouldn’t go out of style anytime soon that was not a subway tile. After the tire was applied it really made the bathroom look very modern and sleek. I couldn’t be more happier with this tile I’m using it again and remodeling two more bathrooms. I highly recommend this tile. Tile was delivered on time was not damaged and I was very happy to be able to get it online and have it delivered to my house.
