Make sure you seal!
We had the same water spotting issues as others mentioned. These spots do dry out if you give them time and are caused by micro pores in the glaze. All you have to do is apply a tile sealant before putting them up and the issue is resolved. Then they work great.

Waterstains
Saw this beautiful tile in person at the store and bought a couple sample tiles. Took it home and read reviews about water stains and so I decided to do a water test and sure enough, after 3 minutes of having water on it, you can see the water stains. Our tile man said he has never seen anything like it. So we are going with a different tile but I do love the look of the tile.

We remodeled our bathroom with this tile. While it looks beautiful, several of these tiles get watermarks and that don’t go away. We paid someone to do this work. We will have to pay to have this redone in the future. Waste of a lot of money. Don’t buy it.

Def do not buy
Purchased 14 cases of this tile. Took it home, cut it and was about to lay it on the wall. Water stained it. I kid you not. I never write reviews but I wanted to let ppl know not to purchase this tile. Home Depot didn’t really seem to care n were prob just gonna put it back on shelf for the next guy. This tile stained when it got wet. Check out the photos. Some of it went away after it dried but some didn’t. Either way, I didn’t risk it and took it all back.

Carrara white porcelain tile
This carrara white matte porcelain tile was installed in our guest bathroom floor and in shower. It matches the carrara white vanity top. Cleaning the tile is not as easy as I’d like. There were a few blemishes on some of the tile at top of box and it’s hard to remove. Otherwise I love the color.

Great Bang for your buck!
I was looking for a carrara like look but not looking to blow out the budget on the small master bath.
So after looking at all available options the Porcelain tile seemed like the easiest route to go.
Nothing complicated - easy to work with - easy to calculate and cut.
Final came out looking great ... just waiting forever for the shower glass! =(
