Q:how thick is this thing on the side wall? dont care about warranty but want it fixed up the way i want to use it, i want to plumb it through the sidewall. someone said it may split the pond? how thick is it then on sidewall? is it stiff or flimsy?

This is a good product - lightweight and easy to maneuver. Tied it upside down on top of Kia and got it home. Put it in the dug pit several times to make final excavations. 18" is right depth to keep birds and cats from picking off goldfish. Fountain in the middle; water has cleared up nicely; no problems and no leaks. Of course, time will be the ultimate tester.

PERFECT POND FOR KOI & GOLDFISH
The size and depth are perfect for a DIY backyard pond, not too big and not too small. Excellent quality, thick and sturdy pond liner. It is holding up great above ground (has not collapsed) with no support surrounding it contray to MacCourt recommendations. I will use support if necessary in the future but so far so good. My fish are very happy. Happy fish, happy life!
