Do not believe the company replies"l here-TRASH
Read the one star reviews before you even consider throwing your money in the trash on a maytag!!! Bearings went, computer went, rusting within 10 months. 2 people using 3 mo out of the year (2nd home). Maytag=trash. Don't believe the company "replies" on these reviews, I spent 3 hours back and forth, being coerced on Insta into video recording the faulty machine through an entire cycle to "prove" my claim. Their response was call CS (???), only to be told tough luck, you got a lemon!

Awesome machine

Works well
Only complaint is the washer is loud. We replaced our old washer because it was loud and would shake easily, so the noise was disappointing. But… spins clothes good and clothes are clean when done.
Dryer I am getting used to settings and have to add minutes to drying; probably just me and need to figure it out, lol.

Worst Wash Machine EVER!!!!
This top loading Maytag with agitator is the worst wash machine I have ever had. The clothes are agitated before water is fully dispensed and become a tangled up SOLID ROPE of clothes when you take them out. I have had a new computer system put in the wash machine and the matching Dryer. I will never buy a Maytag again.

Not so good anymore
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine is far too noisy from start to finish. The pull draw for detergent never stays put, self opens. Also the drain hose in the back shakes all around during drainage, it's a cheap hose sure to leak and fail. Not the Maytag quality I knew growing up but it is a nice looking washer.

Maytag Quality

There are multiple options and settings which can be frustrating if you are use to the old knob models. Once it starts the basket spins before dispersing the water . The agitator is somewhat noisy as well. I have owned Maytags before and I am confident they are quality appliances. I just need to get use to the technology of the new appliances

HORRIBLE TOPLOAD WASHER
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible machine. I decided to try a new model. These machines continue to have control board and interface issues. I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m not happy with the Maytag machines at all. A brand new model and machine just purchased in June 2023. Only one parts repair service in the area to make things worse I’ve been without a working machine more than 3 weeks and they’re still waiting on parts. I need a working machine. The only reason this review has 1 star is because you can’t leave a review with zero stars.
