Horrible
Terrible packing. Impossible to cut zip ties off and connect lights. Snipped a wire while trying to get to right of zip ties off. Waste of 500 bucks.

Beautiful tree
I bought the 9" tree and it is absolutely beautiful. It did take hours to fluff the branches as with any tree fluffing is necessary. The change in light colors is a bonus. I thought I would not like the multi-color but it is a welcome change to the clear lights. It is well lit, installation was simple. Hooking each tier to the next. And each one is numbered. Not complicated. However. the tiers are heavy so hubby had to do the heavy lifting. I recommend this tree. Will try to upload pictures.

We have never used an artificial tree, but for various reasons needed to go this route this year....
We have never used an artificial tree, but for various reasons needed to go this route this year. While I researched ad nauseum, I settled on this tree in hopes that it was as good as the reviews and that I could see the quality in a brick and mortar store. While I saw a 7 or 8 foot fir in the store which I loved (the branches were a different material than those on this tree, which surprised me), the store did not have these taller trees. I took the chance and while I have had a problem, the company will resolve it when I take down the tree after the season, and they say they will provide me a UPS shipping form. (I can't imagine the cost of shipping on this huge box!) All that aside, I am very very pleased with this tree. It does look VERY lifelike! I took advantage of the reviewers' advice of wearing work gloves and long sleeves to put it together, and yes, it does take hours and hours to unpack the limbs for the first time. However, do it right, and you will be rewarded. It indeed looks very full! my ornaments look gorgeous on it, and the tree handles my heavier ornaments much better than any fresh tree did in the past. The trouble I have had is with the lights that are not all lit with the "steady multi" function, the light function we prefer. The company said this was a "sequencing issue," and they do their repairs at the end of the holiday season. I wonder if they will fix this one and return it, or if they will send me a new tree. We had a bit of a worry when after watching the video and reading the manual, I could not find the foot pedal and the main plug for the base, but the company told me that it was taped inside the second part. I had not opened that part yet, and that is where it was. Overall, those who love a real tree will only miss the scent. The looks are the same if not better!

National tree customer service
The tree is beautiful, but I don't think it will last. while putting it up a few small branches fell off. While taking it down, a large branch started to disconnect. The manufacture never answered emails with pictures. Now they say we have to wait until January 15, 2020 to have it repaired or replaced, they don't have any techs on site after June 30?
