This rugged 1500 Series Black aluminum door canopy is designed to stand up to harsh rain, snow and sun. It reduces summer cooling cost as much as 20% while keeping you safe from the elements. Our aluminum door canopy will keep your furnishings from fading due to the daily exposure to sunlight. All awnings are shipped with color coordinated vented side panels. Canopy undersides are powder coated white. NuImage Aluminum Door Canopies carry a 5-years warranty against manufacture defects.

A:  Thank you for considering our product. Yes, you could use the 1500 series aluminum door canopy over a window. The drop varies depending on the projection needed and ranges from 12" - 21" for a unit with standard sidewings (15° pitch).       A:  It is based on how much room you have over the entryway to install the awning. Because the sides are fixed be certain to check your mounting height. This product requires 6 inches of mounting space over the door if your ordering low mount sides and 13 inches over the door for standard sidewings.
