I bought this, loved the shag, softness and color.
But then, needed to clean. After spot cleaning the carpet has buckled.
I’ve have this two months now and it doesn’t look like it’s eligible to be returned.
Very disappointing that this area rug doesn’t hold up to cleaning.
I would really like a refund. Won’t be ordering this brand in the future.

We have tile in our living room, with two little ones that are a bit clumsy, so we decided to buy a rug to give them a bit of cushion in case they fall. I wasn’t expecting much but to my surprise this rug is very soft and gives a good amount of cushion. My husband and I lay on it as well and it’s really comfortable, even with the tile underneath. Great rug, very happy with my purchase.
