For best results, plant seed in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 60°F and 75°F, or air temperatures between 65°F and 85°F. Water daily or as needed to keep the soil moist for at least 3 weeks or until seedlings reach 2 inches in height. This combination grass seed, fertilizer, and soil improver is designed for full sun and dense shade, and has medium drought resistance with medium to high durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 55°F and 70°F or air temperatures are between 60°F and 80°F.
